New Project 2021-08-05 12_31_46.jpg

My name is Kailey.

When I’m not illustrating or throwing clay, I’m trail running, cycling, rock climbing, reading classic novels, or gardening.

I’m currently living on the Central Coast of California, soaking in the sunshine of our beaches and green hills. Living halfway in between the desert and the mountains, all of these beautiful landscapes of my greater backyard have become my inspiration.

I care deeply for our open spaces and wild places. I am passionate about conservation of our public lands. Some of my past projects, as well as volunteer time, have supported the Ventana Wilderness Alliance, Access Fund, Save Bears Ears, and and Save Red Rock. I am also certified as a Wilderness First Responder.

I have more than eight years of marketing, public relations, and communications experience, both in-house and agency, working with the public sector, private businesses, nonprofits, and small, independent artists. I have been fortunate enough to work with SLO County Government, SLO Food Bank, City of San Luis Obispo, Dignity Health hospitals, Transitions-Mental Health Association, Pacific Wildlife Care, SLO Village, Anam Cré Pottery Studio and more.
